Here's what you need to know: Session Details: - Focus: We'll analyze your existing brand elements (website, social media, marketing materials) and discuss your goals. - Feedback & Recommendations: You'll receive honest feedback and actionable tips to elevate your brand. - No Design Work: This session does not include the creation of new brand assets or deliverables. - Additional Support: If you need more in-depth assistance, we offer comprehensive branding packages. Scheduling & Preparation: - Booking: To secure your session, full payment is required 24 hours before the time of booking. - Rescheduling & Cancellations: We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. - No-Shows: If you miss your scheduled session without notice, you may forfeit your session fee. Next Steps: - Following your Brand Tune-Up, we'll send you a summary of our discussion and recommendations.
