Do you use AI in your creative process?
Yes, Dream Engine uses AI tools for idea generation and language refinement, but all work is thoroughly reviewed and edited by humans. We do not use AI for visual brand identity work.

What specific deliverables do we receive?
Your first deliverable is your "Brand Book"—an entirely bespoke 20 to 60-page encyclopedia which will serve as your reference to understanding what steps your business should take every single day it's in operation, and why. This invaluable resource will serve as your go-to guide for all things branding, detailing the foundational elements of your chosen package.
The next official document will be your custom "Visual Identity Presentation." This will include your primary logo, secondary logo, submark, favicon, iconography, patterns/illustrations, color palette, and typography. The logos will be turned over to you in several different formats (the master file, .SVG, .PNG, .JPEG, and PDF) and colors.
Depending on what you require, you may also receive a social media kit which includes custom branded elements (such as a logo profile photo, highlight covers, social media icons, banners, templates, copy, and actionable insights) for your two chosen social medias (out of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn) to start you off on a journey of seamless content creation specific to your creative niche.
Do you offer any free services?
Yes, Dream Engine offers a free 15 to 30-minute, “zero-sales-pressure” mini brand audit to help dreamers assess their brand and identify areas for improvement.
What is your pricing like?
At Dream Engine, we believe your brand deserves a personalized touch. That's why we don't offer one-size-fits-all pricing. Instead, we create custom packages tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What kind of support can I expect after the project is complete?
Dream Engine offers a final brand launch session to review the completed brand identity and answer any questions. We also offer additional "Brand Tune-Up" sessions for ongoing support and refinement.
What happens after the final brand launch session? Is there any ongoing support available?
Unlimited revisions are available to you until the completion of the contract (signified by written acceptance by you of the final deliverable). If you need a little extra support after our journey together, we offer Brand Tune-Up sessions to refresh your foundational branding elements whenever you need a boost.

What is the communication process like with Dream Engine during the branding process?
As cliché as it sounds, we really do keep you informed every step of the way:
First off, much of this process is collaborative; during the duration of this process, we offer five video conferencing opportunities. While only three of them are mandatory, this ensures that you have every chance to ask questions, get feedback, and feel confident with your new brand.
All other modes of communication primarily occur via email; however, we welcome social media messaging, text, or calls as well.
What happens if I need to make revisions to the deliverables?
Unlimited revisions are available to you until the completion of the contract (signified by written acceptance by you of the final deliverable).

You can start by booking a free mini brand audit on the Dream Engine website. We love hearing about your dreams!
Are there any additional costs or fees not included in the package prices? (e.g., revisions, rush fees, etc.)
As of right now, the only "additional" fee is a voluntary “Brand Tune-Up” session open to previous Dream Engine VIP (very important passengers) and those not ready to commit to a full investment as of yet, alike.
